Migration Solutions Canada Inc. (MSCI) has a legacy dating back to April 2000, founded by esteemed immigration expert Javid Banday (RCIC), a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Mr. Banday’s journey began as an immigration consultant in the United Arab Emirates, where he built a foundation of trust and excellence in immigration services. Now a Canadian citizen, Mr. Banday is an honors graduate of the Immigration Practitioner Program at Humber College, Toronto, and a respected member of several professional associations, which reflect his unwavering commitment to providing exceptional immigration guidance and support.

RCIC – Senior Immigration Counsel

Javid Banday is a Canadian citizen and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) under License # R407503. He holds an honours certification from the Immigration Practitioner Program at Humber College, Toronto, since June 2008.

In addition to his current CICC membership, Mr. Banday is a former member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), a Member of the Society of Canadian Immigration Consultants (CSIC), and a Fellow of the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI). With extensive expertise in Canadian immigration law, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. Mr. Banday is also a graduate in Law (LLB) from University of Kashmir (India).
