The Canadian experience class is a fast track category of Canadian immigration designed specifically for temporary foreign workers and international graduates to become Permanent Residents in Canada. People who have required education and work experience and wish to continue their stay in Canada and become permanent residents have better opportunity to apply in Canadian Experience Class Category. These individuals are ideal candidates for permanent residency as they have already exposed themselves to the country’s environment through their study or work and have been able to successfully establish a network in the society as a whole. Such individuals can prove to be an asset for the economic welfare of Canada.
Specifically, the Canadian Experience Class will allow the transition from temporary residence to permanent residence for:
International Students with
At least two years post secondary education in Canada and
One year full–time Canadian skilled work experience in specific job categories and
Language proficiency (English or French) needed for occupation.
Temporary Foreign Workers with
At least two years of recent [in the last 3 years] full-time Canadian skilled work experience in specific job categories and
Language proficiency (English or French) needed for occupation.

All applicants and their families must pass the medical, criminal and security checks as well. Temporary residents who have violated the terms of their temporary residence are not eligible.
